Comfort control and energy monitoring

Titan have secured the works to supply Battersea Power Station Phase 3B with our residential comfort control and energy monitoring solutions.

204 apartments are benefitting from energy efficient fan coil and uderfloor heating. Due to the mechanical makeup of the apartments bespoke software has been created to accommodate areas that share a fan coil to provide the best performance across the apartments.

RDU-Touch and CCS user interfaces have been supplied for user adjustment with the CCS providing a combined comfort control and energy monitoring interface to allow the user to adjust all aspects of their apartment comfort control and view their energy usage from a single interface.

On phase 3B Titan are interfacing directly with the HIU manufacturer using Modbus communications via the NetMaster network manager to gather the electricity, heating and cooling data for the energy monitoring interface.

The Titan NetMaster is deployed in each apartment to provide energy and comfort data to the BMS via BACnet/IP communications.
