Our Returns Policy
All returned items are to be supplied with a valid Titan Products return reference and documentation stating the reason for return. A valid returns reference can be obtained by calling the sales office on 0161 406 6480. Returns without this documentation will be returned to the originator at their cost.
Returned and accepted items that are within their warranty period and are deemed to have a manufacturing defect will be reviewed within 5-7 working days of being received. If the returned unit is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, Titan Products will repair or replace the returned units or raise a credit depending on instruction from the customer. Allow up to 5-7 days for repair depending on the unit type. Credits will raised within 1-2 days of a manufacturing fault being confirmed.
If further analysis or testing is required to determine the reported fault the customer will be advised.
Returned items that are deemed to be faulty due to misuse, or used in an inappropriate application, by the customer will be returned or disposed of after consultation with the customer. If a response is not received by Titan Products within 30 days, the goods will be returned to the customer address.
If product replacements are required in advance to Titan Products reviewing the returned units, a new purchase order will be required. If the returned units are then deemed to have a manufacturing fault, Titan Products will credit against the original order.
Any standard products that are listed in the Titan Products price list and are returned for re-stocking will incur a 15% handling and restocking fee. These items need to be returned to Titan Products within 30 days of purchase.
Titan Products cannot accept bespoke products for re-stocking.
Items out of warranty will not be tested and will be returned to the originator at their cost.
