Designed to provide complete heating and cooling control to a space or zone, the TP-C-710R-IP can be set up to provide control for the below applications:

- Fan Coil Cooling with Underfloor heating
- Fan Coil Cooling with Underfloor heating and a second stage of Fan Coil heating
An integrated second zone of heating along with dedicated towel rail control options allows adjacent bathrooms or heating only zones to be controlled from the same controller.
The TP-C-710R-IP is fully commissioned via the Titan Tool Box commissioning PC software. This allows for extensive control configurations such as fan proving, condensate management, high/low limit protection, setback and more.
The TP-C-710R-IP can be used as a standalone controller or part of a BMS network due to its native BACnet/IP communications. The ability to daisy chain the IP controllers is made possible via the 2 x BACnet/IP port switch.
