Comfort Control & Energy Monitoring
Working directly with the M&E contractors on site, Titan provided combined residential comfort control and energy monitoring to 540 apartments across 3 buildings.
900+ FCU-503 controllers were provided to the project with application-specific control to provide a complete FCU cooling combined with underfloor heating solution. In a number of areas fan coil heat boost was also supplied as part of the control regime.
RDU-Touch and CCS user interfaces were supplied for user adjustment with the CCS providing a combined comfort control and energy monitoring interface to allow the user to adjust all aspects of their apartment comfort control and view their energy usage from a single interface.
The Titan NetMaster is deployed in each apartment to provide energy and comfort data to the BMS via BACnet/IP communications.
