In our Company and approved supply base, we are committed to ensuring that people are treated with dignity and respect. Furthermore the Company aims to identify, prevent, and mitigate adverse human rights impacts resulting from or caused by our business activities before or if they occur through human rights due diligence and mitigation processes.

This Policy is guided by international human rights principles encompassed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organisation’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the United Nations Global Compact and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

The Human Rights Policy applies to Titan Products Ltd and the facilities that it manages. The Company is committed to working with and encouraging our approved supply chain to uphold the principles in this Policy and to adopt similar policies within their businesses.

2.2 Safe and Healthy Workplace

The Company provides a workplace that is compliant with current UK H&S and Environmental Laws as well as individual requirements of staff and visitors.  We are committed to providing the necessary awareness and training on health and safety in order to maintain the above.  A Health and Safety policy and company induction is maintained for all staff.

2.3 Workplace Security

The Company is committed to maintaining a workplace that is free from violence, harassment, intimidation and other unsafe or disruptive conditions due to internal and external threats.

2.4 Forced Labour and Human Trafficking

The Company prohibits the use of all forms of forced labour, including prison labour, indentured labour, bonded labour, military labour, slave labour and any form of human trafficking.

The Company also has an ethical purchasing policy to support the above.

2.5 Child Labour

The Company complies with the current UK rules on the employment of young people who are below the minimum school leaving age.
