Last month Titan exhibited at the Smart Buildings Show for the first time. This annual event connects visitors to the latest information and technology in the smart buildings industry. It was great to meet so many attendees face-to-face that are interested in working towards a future with smarter, more sustainable buildings.

During the two busy days we had great conversations and showcased a range of new products which can be used as part of our new commercial solution or with third-party solutions.

Here’s a quick round-up of what we launched:

1. New Commercial Fan Coil Solution

Our Commercial control and monitoring solutions combines our next generation of fan coil controllers, powerful network management, flexible sensing options, energy management and stylish user interfaces, to provide a one stop solution for all your control needs.

2. Enhanced User Interfaces

Whether you are looking for a low cost interface or high-end touch screen we have a number of new options including:

  • Rotary Interface Providing set point, fan speed adjust and mode adjust along with temperature and humidity sensing with the option for CO2, the Rotary Interface can be used with our 710 controllers or as a completely standalone BACnet device.
  • 7” Inch Touchscreen for control and scheduling adjustment for multiple spaces
  • 4” Inch Touchscreen for adjustment of setpoint, mode and fan speed within a zone

3. BACnet IP Controllers

At Titan, we have been delivering reliable fan coil controllers for over 20 years. This experience has led us to the development of the TP-710 range of controllers which offer unprecedented ease of setup through our new ToolBox commissioning platform, extensive control library options and open BACnet network connectivity with the choice of BACnet MS/TP, or now, BACnet/IP communications.

If you’d like more information or a personalised demonstration, feel free to reach out. We’d be happy to explore how Titan’s solutions can support your upcoming projects and we look forward to meeting with attendees at the show in October 2025.
