Energy efficient comfort control at KRP.
Working directly with the M&E contractor on site, Titan provided energy-efficient residential comfort control for living, bedroom, and bathroom areas at Kings Road Park Phase 1.
Titan worked closely with the site team to provide all apartment controllers and NetMaster network managers within pre-wired enclosures that were installed within the utility cupboards on site. This streamlined the install and provides excellent access for commissioning and maintenance.
342 apartments were supplied in total with combined fan coil cooling and wet underfloor heating control to all living and bedroom areas, along with fully integrated bathroom comfort control of the electric underfloor within these areas. All rooms are user adjusted via the intuitive CCS user display.
